These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and VAYLONEX LABS ("we", "us", "our") regarding your installation, access, and use of the Android mobile application RoutineTracker (package: com.vaylonexlabs.routinetracker) and associated web pages hosted on routinetracker.webrayz.com. এই শর্তাবলী VAYLONEX LABS এবং ব্যবহারকারীর মধ্যে একটি চুক্তি যা RoutineTracker অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপ এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।

By downloading, installing, or using RoutineTracker, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the application. অ্যাপটি ডাউনলোড বা ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি এই সকল শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।

You agree to use RoutineTracker solely for lawful, personal productivity purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You agree not to: আপনি শুধুমাত্র বৈধ ও ব্যক্তিগত কাজের জন্য অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। কোনো অবস্থাতেই আপনি নিচের কাজগুলো করবেন না:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the binary APK except where permitted by applicable law.অনুমতি ছাড়া অ্যাপটি রিভার্স-ইঞ্জিনিয়ার বা ডিকম্পাইল করার চেষ্টা করা।
• Interfere with or circumvent the application’s integrity, security controls, or licensing validation mechanisms.অ্যাপের লাইসেন্স ভ্যালিডেশন বা সিকিউরিটি বাইপাস করার চেষ্টা করা।
• Use the application in any safety-critical, medical, emergency, or mission-critical environment where delayed or missed notifications could result in personal injury, death, or severe physical damage.মেডিকেল বা জরুরি কোনো কাজে যেখানে রিমাইন্ডার মিস হলে স্বাস্থ্য বা জীবনের ঝুঁকি থাকে, সেখানে এটি ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

You are solely responsible for maintaining the physical and digital security of your Android device, including keeping your lock screen passcode, biometric access, and operating system security patches up to date. নিজের ফোনের স্ক্রিন লক ও পাসকোড সুরক্ষিত রাখার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণ ব্যবহারকারীর।

3. Alarms, Reminders & Operating System Limitations ৩. অ্যালার্ম, রিমাইন্ডার ও অপারেটিং সিস্টেমের সীমাবদ্ধতা

RoutineTracker utilizes standard Android alarm capabilities (including SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM and foreground media services) to deliver requested routine reminders and voice TTS announcements. However, delivery reliability is subject to device manufacturer power-management constraints: RoutineTracker সঠিক সময়ে রিমাইন্ডার দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করে। তবে অ্যান্ড্রয়েড ফোনের বিভিন্ন কোম্পানির নিজস্ব পাওয়ার ম্যানেজমেন্ট নিয়মের কারণে কিছু সীমাবদ্ধতা থাকতে পারে:

4. Local/Offline Data Responsibility & Encrypted Backups ৪. লোকাল ডাটার দায়িত্ব ও এনক্রিপ্টেড ব্যাকআপ

Because RoutineTracker stores your routine database, task history, and settings locally on your physical device without maintaining a remote server backup, you bear sole responsibility for safeguarding and backing up your data. যেহেতু RoutineTracker কোনো কেন্দ্রীয় অনলাইন সার্ভারে ডাটা জমিয়ে রাখে না, তাই নিজের ডাটার ব্যাকআপ সংরক্ষণ করার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব ব্যবহারকারীর।

• Backup Encryption: Manual exports are encrypted with AES-GCM using a user-specified password. You must remember and securely document this password.ম্যানুয়াল ব্যাকআপ ফাইলগুলো আপনার দেওয়া পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে এনক্রিপ্ট করা হয়। এই পাসওয়ার্ডটি মনে রাখা আবশ্যক।
• Unrecoverable Passwords: VAYLONEX LABS has no master keys or backdoors. If you forget your backup password, VAYLONEX LABS cannot decrypt, reset, or recover your backup files.পাসওয়ার্ড ভুলে গেলে VAYLONEX LABS তা উদ্ধার বা আনলক করতে পারবে না।
• Hardware Loss: Loss of your physical device, uninstallation of the app, or clearing device application storage without a valid exported backup will permanently erase your local routines.ব্যাকআপ ছাড়া ফোন হারালে বা অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলে লোকাল ডাটা চিরতরে মুছে যাবে।

5. AI Features, Provider Terms & Output Disclaimer ৫. এআই ফিচার, প্রোভাইডার টার্মস ও আউটপুট ডিসক্লেইমার

RoutineTracker provides integration with third-party generative artificial intelligence APIs (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Groq, or DeepSeek) under a Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) model. RoutineTracker থার্ড-পার্টি এআই সার্ভিসের সাথে নিজস্ব এপিআই কী দিয়ে যুক্ত হওয়ার সুযোগ দেয়।

You must comply with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of your chosen AI provider. You are solely responsible for all API fees, token consumptions, and account quotas accrued under your personal API key directly with your chosen provider. আপনার এআই প্রোভাইডারের ব্যবহারের নিয়মাবলী এবং টোকেন খরচের দায়িত্ব আপনার নিজের।

6. Accessibility & App-Blocking Limitations ৬. অ্যাক্সেসিবিলিটি ও অ্যাপ ব্লকিংয়ের সীমাবদ্ধতা

The optional App Focus Shield utilizes Android Accessibility capabilities to assist in self-discipline. This feature is intended as a personal behavioral aid, not as an enterprise security lock or tamper-proof parental restriction. Users acknowledge that Android operating system constraints, device reboots, third-party launchers, or manual permission revocations in Android Settings can allow bypass of app-restriction rules. অ্যাপ ব্লকিং সুবিধাটি ব্যক্তিগত মনোযোগ ধরে রাখার জন্য তৈরি। ফোন সেটিংস থেকে যে কেউ চাইলেই পারমিশন বন্ধ করতে পারে, তাই এটি কোনো শতভাগ অলঙ্ঘনীয় সিকিউরিটি লক নয়।

7. Google Play Subscriptions, Renewals, Cancellations & Refunds ৭. গুগল প্লে সাবস্ক্রিপশন, নবায়ন, বাতিল ও রিফান্ড পলিসি

If you purchase an optional premium subscription or in-app upgrade: আপনি যদি প্রিমিয়াম সাবস্ক্রিপশন কেনেন:

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Google Play account.সাবস্ক্রিপশন মেয়াদ শেষে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে নবায়ন হবে যদি না আপনি মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টা আগে গুগল প্লে থেকে বাতিল করেন।
• Cancellation Procedure: You can cancel at any time via Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.গুগল প্লে স্টোরের সাবস্ক্রিপশন মেনু থেকে যেকোনো সময় বাতিল করা যায়। অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলে সাবস্ক্রিপশন বন্ধ হয় না।
• Refunds: All purchases and refunds are administered directly by Google Play in accordance with the official Google Play Refund Policy. VAYLONEX LABS does not directly process payments or issue manual card chargebacks.সকল রিফান্ড গুগল প্লে-এর নিজস্ব নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী গুগল দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয়।

8. Third-Party Service Independence & Advertising Fill ৮. থার্ড-পার্টি সার্ভিসের স্বাধীনতা ও বিজ্ঞাপনের প্রাপ্যতা

RoutineTracker integrates with independent third-party platforms, including: RoutineTracker নিচের স্বাধীন থার্ড-পার্টি প্ল্যাটফর্মগুলোর সাথে সমন্বিত:

• Google Play Billing, Google In-App Review, and Google In-App Update
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
• Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and In-App Messaging
• Meta Audience Network and Meta App Events
• AppsFlyer and TikTok Business App Events
• External AI providers (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Groq, DeepSeek)

9. Intellectual Property ৯. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি ও স্বত্বাধিকার

The RoutineTracker application, including its user interface design, logos, brand assets, custom typography arrangements, compiled code, animations, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of VAYLONEX LABS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. Third-party open-source libraries incorporated into the application remain the property of their respective copyright holders as documented on our Libraries & Licenses page. RoutineTracker-এর ডিজাইন, লোগো, কোড ও ব্র্যান্ড VAYLONEX LABS-এর নিজস্ব সম্পত্তি। ব্যবহৃত ওপেন সোর্স লাইব্রেরিসমূহ তাদের নিজ নিজ কপিরাইট ধারকদের অধীনে সংরক্ষিত।

10. Warranty Disclaimer ১০. ওয়ারেন্টি অস্বীকৃতি ("যেমন আছে তেমন")

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROUTINETRACKER IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. VAYLONEX LABS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. প্রযোজ্য আইনের সর্বোচ্চ সীমা অনুযায়ী, RoutineTracker কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি ছাড়া "যেমন আছে তেমন" (AS IS) ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয়।

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, VAYLONEX LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY ANDROID HARDWARE CONFIGURATION OR OEM BATTERY REGIME. অ্যাপটি সবসময় ত্রুটিমুক্ত থাকবে বা সকল ফোনের ব্যাটারি ম্যানেজমেন্টের সাথে নিরবচ্ছিন্নভাবে চলবে—এমন কোনো নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।

11. Limitation of Liability ১১. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VAYLONEX LABS, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE CORRUPTION, MISSED APPOINTMENTS, OR WORK PRODUCT DISRUPTIONS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION. আইনের আওতায়, অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো পরোক্ষ ক্ষতি, অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট মিস হওয়া বা ডাটা নষ্টের জন্য VAYLONEX LABS দায়ী থাকবে না।

IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES ARE RESTRICTED BY NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS, VAYLONEX LABS’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO VAYLONEX LABS FOR ROUTINETRACKER DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. যেসব দেশে কনজিউমার প্রটেকশন আইন অনুযায়ী দায় সীমাবদ্ধ করা যায় না, সেখানে সর্বোচ্চ দায় বিগত ১২ মাসে ব্যবহারকারীর পরিশোধিত মূল্যের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে।

12. Termination & Changes to Terms ১২. অবসান ও শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling RoutineTracker and ceasing all use. VAYLONEX LABS reserves the right to discontinue or modify the application or any part thereof at any time without liability. ব্যবহারকারী যেকোনো সময় অ্যাপটি আনইনস্টল করে এই চুক্তির অবসান ঘটাতে পারেন।

We may revise these Terms periodically. Any revised version will be published on this canonical URL (https://routinetracker.webrayz.com/terms/) with an updated effective date. Continued use of RoutineTracker after published revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন হলে এই পেজে তা প্রকাশ করা হবে। পেজে প্রকাশের পর অ্যাপ ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে নতুন শর্তাবলী গৃহীত বলে গণ্য হবে।
